Hardware excellence:

For our systems we use high-quality components from Prominent, Sera, and Jumo.
Frequency-controlled pumps with dynamic speed adjustments allow for precise dosing and enable handling large volumes with the same pump.

Key features:
– One pump can serve multiple baths.
– Multiple pumps can connect to a single ibc tank.
– Recording of throughput quantities via measuring cells, clock generator signals gauging/time unit

– Measurement of conductivity, ph, and temperature
– Two-point calibration of ph probes via controller or transmitter
– Adjustable setpoints for minimum and maximum values
– Configurable thresholds for alarms (min/max)
– Real-time display of tank levels

– Control for increasing or decreasing actual values via chemical addition or reduction*
– Start-up lock based on time and/or cycle count
– Dosing pulses managed by time or volume
– Compensation for fresh water supply in proportion to chemicals**

Data logging / analysis

All relevant data is logged and stored on an SQL server for in-depth analysis. The system supports exporting data for further evaluation. Key data points are:
– Consumption and wastewater* metrics by bath, chemical, and water** usage
– Time-based reporting (hourly, daily, weekly, monthly, yearly) through Power BI
– Connectivity via MES server or standalone systems at lab workstations***

 

*Requires specific hardware for active draining.
**Applicable if water supply measurements are installed.
***MES server integration or direct control connection required (routing).
