Flash-off dryers and curing ovens are used as an integral part of modern cleaning and coating processes. The main difference between these systems lies in the heating method and operating temperature. All of our drying and curing systems comply with DIN EN 1539, and we also have extensive experience in implementing AMS 2750 requirements for the aerospace industry.

Our customized chamber ovens are specifically designed to meet your individual process requirements and available installation space. They feature advanced oven control systems that allow customized process programs for heating, drying, curing, hardening and tempering.

The design of our chamber ovens complies with the current DIN EN 1539 standard and incorporates our extensive experience in implementing the AMS 2750 requirements for the aerospace industry. High-performance insulation between the inner and outer shell minimizes heat loss, while optimized airflow ensures uniform temperature distribution and maximum energy efficiency. Depending on the application, various heating media are available to provide the optimum solution for your process.

Unlike conventional constructions, no thermal spacers are required between the inner and outer panels, significantly reducing heat losses. As a result, our 150 mm insulated panels provide exceptionally high thermal efficiency and contribute to lower energy consumption.
