The Basic version of our chemical dosing systems enables continuously stable dosing with minimal effort. It is suitable for retrofitting existing systems, can carry out cycle or control dosing and is modularly adaptable for different chemicals and baths. The hardware uses products from Prominent, Sera and Jumo. The basic functions include the measurement of conductivity, pH and temperature as well as alarm functions. Further technical data: Volume flows from 1 ml/h to 80 l/h up to pressures of 4-25 bar.

Our chemical dosing system Master impresses with its seamless integration into existing systems. With high-quality hardware from Prominent, Sera and Jumo, they offer precise dosing, allow several baths to be operated with one pump and have extended functions such as start-up blocks and dosing additives. Comprehensive data acquisition and evaluation enable detailed analysis of consumption and waste water.
