Our Chemical Dosing Basic system utilizes high-quality components from Prominent, Sera and JUMO. Magnetic diaphragm pumps provide highly accurate dosing, ensuring that only the required quantity of chemicals is supplied to the process.

– Multiple dosing pumps can be connected to a single IBC tank for efficient chemical distribution.

 

Standard Functions

– Measurement of conductivity, pH, and temperature
– Two-point calibration of pH probes via controller or transmitter
– Adjustable minimum and maximum setpoins
– Configurable minimum and maximum alarm limits
– Empty-level monitoring with pre-alarm and main alarm

 

Extended Functions

– Start-up lock based on time and/or cycle count
– Time-based or volume-based dosing pulses
– Cycle-controlled batch dosing with absolute control or current value limitation
– Time-controlled batch dosing
– Automatic co-dosing of additives in proportional to each chemical
