We distinguish between the following system types: Single-chamber systems:Designed for customers with limited space, single-chamber systems offer a compact yet efficient solution. The basic model features two baths and a final rinse spray ring, making it ideal for pre-treating steel, aluminum, and galvanized components for indoor applications. For clients with higher performance demands, we offer custom multi-tank configurations capable of achieving outdoor-grade treatment for aluminum. Additionally, these systems can process steel and galvanized steel components in parallel, though the capacity is limited to 3–4 batches per hour. Narrow parts can be treated efficiently, accommodating up to three racks per batch.Multi-chamber systems:Multi-chamber systems allow up to four process steps per chamber, provided the cycle time permits. In addition to the traditional sliding door, we have developed an innovative double-wing door that minimizes drag-out, prevents standing water, and eliminates microbial issues. This design also supports the installation of spray rings on the doors, enabling thorough internal cleaning of aluminum profiles. This process enhances surface treatment quality and extends the longevity of the passivation layer. In terms of energy efficiency, multi-chamber systems stand out as the optimal choice for spray pre-treatment, especially when combined with our advanced chemical dosing systems.Inline systems:Inline systems share the core functionality of multi-chamber systems but are designed without doors, with each chamber dedicated to a single process step. These systems are recommended for low throughput or when handling individual components, especially when cycle times are under three minutes.Multi-lane systems:To double production capacity, we offer dual-lane systems, available in both chamber and inline configurations. These systems can operate either in parallel or cross-mode processes. In parallel mode, both lines run the same processes simultaneously. In cross-mode, one lane executes Process A while the other performs Process B within the same chamber system, maximizing flexibility and productivity.Technical data:Part dimensions:Length: 1m – 8m (custom sizes available)Width: 0.2m – 2mHeight: 1m – 3.5mNumber of process steps:Typically 1–12 steps within 1–7 chambersCore processes:– Degreasing– Rinsing– Etching (acidic and alkaline for aluminum)– PassivationDwell times:From 10 seconds to 10 minutesMaterials:Stainless steel 1.4307 and 1.4404Airflow rates:2,000 – 20,000 m³/hConveyor systems:– P+F in tact systems– Inline systems with speeds of 0.5 – 4 m/min– Manual operation for single-chamber systemsBath maintenance systems:– Bag filters– Candle filters– Oil separators– Coalescence separators– Ultra- and nanofiltrationWastewater treatment systems:– CP systems (chemical/physical)– Evaporator systems (closed-loop)– Flocculation systems
