Adhesion water dryers:<\/h4>\r\n

In the adhesion water dryer, the water present on the workpiece is optimally dried. Specially developed air nozzles are used to create a turbulent airflow around the workpiece. This allows the drying temperature to be reduced to a minimum.<\/p>\r\n

Pass-through curing oven<\/h4>

This is the simplest form of a curing oven. Parts are conveyed through the oven using a conveyor system. The curing time is defined by the conveyor path and speed. These ovens are typically built without doors, but they include airlocks.
\r\nEnergetically, this is the most expensive solution, but the initial investment is low.<\/p>\r\n

A-Slotted curing oven<\/h4>\r\n

The A-oven is the most energy-efficient solution. Additionally, no doors or airlocks are needed for this system. It requires a sufficiently tall hall space. The A-oven is primarily used for smaller parts.<\/p>\r\n

Batch curing oven:<\/h4>\r\n

In most cases, a batch curing oven is used. The openings are closed with doors during the heating process and after each cycle, which saves a significant amount of energy. Workpieces are placed in the batch oven and remain inside until the preset curing time is completed. Airlocks can be installed for large openings to further reduce heat loss.<\/p>\r\n

Gelation zone \/ Locks:<\/h4>\r\n

A gelation zone is used when frequent color changes are required. The zone is supplied with hot air, which is generated by the curing oven\u2019s ventilation unit. The curing process begins here, as the powder coating is melted at a low temperature, ensuring high-quality results. The gelation zone can also be considered a temperature airlock, preventing excessive heat loss into the workspace.<\/p>\r\n

Door system:<\/h4>\r\n

Our oven systems use custom door systems. Depending on part dimensions and available space, we plan either hinged or sliding doors, which can be single or double doors.<\/p>\r\n

Special attention should be paid to the double sliding doors. These doors are motorized, can be individually opened or closed, and integrate complete safety in the drive system, eliminating the need for additional safety strips that need annual checks and replacements.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
