Flash-Off Dryers<\/h2>\n

<\/p>\n

Flash-off dryers are designed to remove residual moisture from workpieces after the pretreatment process. Specially developed air nozzles generate a turbulent airflow around the workpiece, ensuring efficient and uniform drying. This optimized airflow allows the drying temperature to be kept as low as possible, reducing energy consumption while maintaining excellent drying performance.<\/p>\n

Continuous Curing Ovens<\/h2>\n

<\/p>\n

A continuous curing oven is the simplest configuration for curing coated workpieces. Components are transported through the oven by a conveyor system, with the curing time determined by the conveyor speed and the overall conveyor length. These ovens are typically designed without doors and instead use airlocks to reduce heat losses.<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

Although continuous curing ovens generally require a lower initial investment, they have higher energy consumption than other oven concepts.<\/p>\n

A-Slotted Curing Ovens<\/h2>\n

The A-slotted curing oven is one of the most energy-efficient curing solutions available. Unlike conventional continuous ovens, it does not require doors or airlocks, further reducing energy losses. This design requires sufficient building height and is particularly suitable for the efficient curing of smaller workpieces.<\/p>\n

Batch curing oven<\/h2>\n

<\/p>\n

In most cases, a batch curing oven is used. The openings are closed with doors during the heating process and after each cycle, which saves a significant amount of energy. Workpieces are placed in the batch oven and remain inside until the preset curing time is completed. Airlocks can be installed for large openings to further reduce heat loss.<\/p>\n

Gelation zone \/ Locks<\/h2>\n

<\/p>\n

A gelation zone is used when frequent color changes are required. The zone is supplied with hot air, which is generated by the curing oven\u2019s ventilation unit. The curing process begins here, as the powder coating is melted at a low temperature, ensuring high-quality results. The gelation zone can also be considered a temperature airlock, preventing excessive heat loss into the workspace.<\/p>\n

Door system<\/h2>\n

Our oven systems use custom door systems. Depending on part dimensions and available space, we plan either hinged or sliding doors, which can be single or double doors.<\/p>\n

Special attention should be paid to the double sliding doors. These doors are motorized, can be individually opened or closed, and integrate complete safety in the drive system, eliminating the need for additional safety strips that need annual checks and replacements.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
